All of our development is based on the Microsoft .Net framework and we develop our software on top of this framework using VB.Net. Since we are also well-versed in C# we are able to work with any developments on the .Net framework.
Currently we use .Net Framework 3.5 and focus on developing Workflow driven client/server applications and web sites, which communicate using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). This allows us to distribute our applications and even application components to various servers to allow for optimum uptime and load balancing.
We build desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) which allows us to build fluid, appealing and highly functional applications that are very responsive. Whether these applications are stand-alone on a desktop, or connected to a local or internet-accessible server, speed and reliability is our highest concern.
For web sites we use DotNetNuke as our Content Management System (CMS) of choice, since it represents the best in open-source, industry-standards based CMS available. DotNetNuke is stable, highly configurable and has hundreds of features which are built-in. You don't pay for this, only for the time required to implement and configure it for you. To complement this, we are also skilled in developing solid custom modules for any business need you may have that is not already available in DotNetNuke. By using a good CMS we don't have to build the basic functions every site needs, like user control, access control, page and content editing functions, building blogs, news feeds, event calendars etc., saving you a vast amount of money.
Graphic Design is something that is almost always overlooked when developing software or websites, but we firmly believe that it's an unmissable component of a successful project. Even though our developers have sound design and layout principles, no developer can produce a design and layout for an application or web site like a skilled designer can. Therefore we recommend graphic design to be a part of your project, should budget allow.
